Coverage
Foretravel of Texas, Inc. will repair, at no charge to you, the following 21 items to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first, beginning on the above Date of Delivery. The performance of repairs is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty.
1. Awnings (fabric excluded)
2. Axles
3. Back Up Monitor/Camera
4. Braking System (pads excluded)
5. Cargo Door Mechanism
6. Cruise Control
7. Differential
8. Driveshaft / U-Joints
9. Electronic Mirrors
10. Entry Step
11. Exterior Lights
12. House Generator
13. Hydronic Heating System (burner excluded)
14. Inverter
15. Leveling System
16. Refrigerator
17. Roof A/C Units
18. Slide-Out Mechanism
19. Washer/Dryer
20. Water Heater
21. Water Pump - House
Conditions
1. Repairs must be completed at Foretravel of Texas 811 NW Stallings Dr, Nacogdoches, TX 75964 OR at a repair facility pre-authorized by Foretravel of Texas.
2. This limited warranty is not transferable.
3. If an item is not listed above it is specifically excluded.
4. Additionally, the following items/conditions are not covered: maintenance items, appearance items, normal wear and use; damage due to accidents, misuse, alteration, tampering, improper or insufficient maintenance, theft, vandalism, fire (regardless of the cause of fire), corrosion, improper or unclean fuel and acts of God; any equipment not installed by Foretravel and incidental or consequential damages.
5. All transportation / towing costs to Foretravel of Texas or a pre-authorized repair facility are the customer�s responsibility.
6. Any rental usage voids this limited warranty immediately.
7. It is Foretravel's sole discretion to repair defective parts or replace with new or remanufactured parts.
Acknowledgment
This document is the entirety of the Certified Limited Warranty - There are no promises, terms, conditions or obligations other than those contained herein. The customer acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty and that a copy of this agreement has been provided to them. The parties herein agree that any litigation arising out of this limited warranty shall have an exclusive venue and jurisdiction in Nacogdoches County, Texas.
